Every 2nd Wednesdays of each month (except July and December). 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m

Location:
Prescott Gateway Mall Community Room
The Community Room is accessible from the back parking lot, the door has a canopy cover just left of the Food Court entrance or from the mall's main corridor. There is a sign to the CommunityRoom.

Lunch:
Members and guests are asked to purchase lunch before or after the meeting at one of the Mall's Food Vendors.Please do not bring Brown Bag lunch into the Community Room, your co-operation is appreciated.

Guests:
As always, please feel to bring a guest who may be interested in learning about the area’s growth plans as well as WIN. The area is private and our meetings are timely.

NETWORK: Check the WIN website and think of someone you know that would be interested in our awesome variety of services from A to Z. Bring the referral to the meeting with the name and contact information.

Referrals: Let us know if a WIN members has referred a client. It's great to know that the networking is working. We find that out from you.

Have you made a contribution to a charity or volunteered time? Give Bonnie a call or email and she will post your name, business name and organization on the "Gift of Giving" page.

Calling all members: We would like to ask all members to chair one meeting during the year. Give Bonnie a call for more information.

Networking with WIN ~ Networking can only be successful if you participate.

Meeting Format

Welcome: Read Goals and Mission Statement
30 sec commercial on your business (timed) for each member present
Guests are welcome and will be introduced (they may attend twice before making the decision to join)
Referrals, thank you and kudos passed by each member
Speaker - a member or guest teaching us something inspirational, or successful business tips they use, research they have done, something they excel in, or a designated topic
60 Sec commercial (timed) for each member present

The order of the format may be changed .
Please come prepared to give your 30 and 60 second commercial on your business or one of your businesses. Remember you can only represent one of your businesses at each meeting.

WIN may organize mixers on an --as wanted/needed basis. When and where the mixers will be held, will be up to the members.

The meetings will be on time and productive in a short period of an hour and a half. We respect your time away from your business in order to attend the meetings. Please respect WIN's rules so that we can carry out the meetings to benefit you.
