- Bylaws: The
Bylaws committee met in June, 2005 and developed these proposed changes
to the exisiting WIN Bylaws. The general membership will be asked to
vote on acceptance of these changes during a regular WIN meeting in
October. Please review these changes and contact any board member with
questions or input. (Below, under "For More Information," you may click
on the existing Bylaws for review and comparison with the proposed
changes. )
